Terms of Use

1. 1. Acceptance.

   By using Reddi (the site and the app) you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. 2. Account.

   You sign up with your phone number and verify it with a code. You are responsible for your details and everything done from your account. You can delete your account any time from the Account tab.

3. 3. Orders.

   An order is confirmed once payment has been verified. An order or part of it may be impossible to prepare (for example, out of stock); it is then cancelled and what you paid for it is refunded under the Refund Policy.

4. 4. Delivery.

   Delivery times shown are estimates, not a promise of a specific hour. Give a correct address and phone; delays caused by wrong details or no answer are not Reddi's responsibility.

5. 5. Cancellation and refunds.

   See the Refund Policy.

6. 6. Acceptable use.

   Do not use Reddi for fraud, abusing offers, fake accounts or bypassing its systems. We may suspend an account for misuse.

7. 7. Limits of liability.

   Products are offered by the shops, and their quality and conformity are the shop's responsibility. To the extent the law allows, Reddi's liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

8. 8. Privacy.

   Your data is covered by the Privacy Policy.

9. 9. Changes and law.

   We may update these Terms; for a material change we will ask for your agreement again. These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the Syrian Arab Republic.
