ما الذي نجمعه

  • بيانات حسابك: رقم الهاتف والاسم.
  • بيانات الطلب: عناوين التوصيل وتفاصيل الطلبات، وبيانات المستلم إذا كان شخصًا آخر.
  • بيانات الجهاز والاستخدام: رمز الإشعارات إن فعّلتها، وعنوان IP لأغراض الحماية، ونوع الجهاز ونظامه ولغته وجودة الاتصال والمدينة التي تختارها، ومصدر وصولك إلى الخدمة، وما تبحث عنه وتتصفحه وتضيفه إلى السلة وتطلبه مرتبطًا بمعرّف عشوائي على جهازك، وقد يُربط بحسابك بعد تسجيل الدخول.

كيف نستخدمها

لتشغيل حسابك، وتجهيز طلباتك وتوصيلها، وإعلامك بحالتها، وحماية الخدمة من الإساءة، وتحسينها.

مع من نشاركها

  • المتجر الذي تطلب منه وشركاء التوصيل، بالقدر اللازم لتجهيز طلبك وتسليمه.
  • جهات تقنية تساعدنا في تشغيل الخدمة، ولا تستخدم بياناتك إلا لهذا الغرض.
  • الجهات الرسمية، عندما يفرض القانون ذلك.

لا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة إعلانية.

الكوكيز والتخزين المحلي

نستخدم كوكي لتسجيل الدخول وتخزينًا محليًا على جهازك (السلة والمظهر وآخر عمليات البحث)، وكلاهما ضروري لعمل التطبيق. ونستخدم أيضًا كوكي إحصاءات بمعرّف عشوائي يصلح لمدة سنتين لفهم كيفية استخدام الخدمة وتحسينها؛ لا نستخدمه للإعلانات ولا نشاركه مع جهات إعلانية، ويمكنك حذفه من إعدادات المتصفح.

الإشعارات

إشعارات حالة الطلب تصلك عند تفعيل الإشعارات. إشعارات العروض اختيارية ومتوقفة افتراضيًا، وتتحكم بها من الحساب ← الإعدادات.

البيانات المجهولة

نحتفظ بإحصاءات مجمّعة مجهولة الهوية (أعداد لا يمكن ربطها بأي شخص) لتحسين البحث والخدمة، دون مدة محددة.

مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك فعّال. يمكنك حذف حسابك من الحساب ← "حذف الحساب"، فنحذف فورًا بيانات الدخول والعناوين المحفوظة ورمز الإشعارات وبيانات الاستخدام المرتبطة بك. وإذا تعذّر عليك الدخول، تواصل معنا عبر واتساب من رقمك المسجّل وسنحذفه نيابة عنك.

سجلات الطلبات والمدفوعات نحتفظ بها حتى 5 سنوات لأغراض محاسبية وقانونية، وبعد انتهاء الطلب يطّلع عليها فريق ريدي فقط، ثم تُحذف البيانات الشخصية منها وتبقى المبالغ والمنتجات فقط. بيانات الاستخدام التفصيلية نحتفظ بها لتحسين الخدمة طالما كان ذلك لازمًا ما لم تحذف حسابك، وبيانات الحماية (مثل عنوان IP) تُحذف خلال أيام، والنسخ الاحتياطية تُستبدل خلال 12 شهرًا كحدّ أقصى.

الأطفال

الخدمة غير موجّهة لمن هم دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بيانات عنهم عن قصد.

عند أي تغيير جوهري سنطلب موافقتك من جديد. للأسئلة حول بياناتك تواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني support@reddishop.com. الاستخدام يخضع أيضًا لـ شروط الاستخدام.

What we collect

  • Account details: your phone number and name.
  • Order details: delivery addresses and your orders, plus the recipient's details if you order for someone else.
  • Device and usage details: your notification token if you enable notifications, your IP address for security, your device type, system, language, connection quality and the city you choose, how you reached the service, and what you search, browse, add to cart and order, tied to a random ID on your device that may be linked to your account once you sign in.

How we use it

To run your account, prepare and deliver your orders, tell you about their status, protect the service from abuse, and improve it.

Who we share it with

  • The shop you order from and delivery partners, only as much as needed to prepare and deliver your order.
  • Technical service providers who help us run the service; they use your data only for that purpose.
  • Public authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your data to advertisers.

Cookies and local storage

We use a sign-in cookie and local storage on your device (cart, theme, recent searches), both necessary for the app to work. We also use an analytics cookie with a random ID, valid for two years, to understand how the service is used and improve it; we don't use it for advertising or share it with advertisers, and you can delete it in your browser settings.

Notifications

Order-status notifications are sent when you enable notifications. Offer notifications are optional and off by default; you control them in Account → Settings.

Anonymous data

We keep anonymous, aggregated statistics (counts that cannot be linked to any person) to improve search and the service, without a time limit.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account in Account → "Delete account": we immediately delete your sign-in details, saved addresses, notification token and the usage data linked to you. If you can't sign in, contact us on WhatsApp from your registered number and we'll delete it for you.

Order and payment records are kept for up to 5 years for accounting and legal reasons; once an order is finished only the Reddi team can see them, and afterwards the personal details are removed and only amounts and items remain. Detailed usage data is kept to improve the service for as long as it is useful, unless you delete your account; security data (such as IP addresses) is deleted within days, and backup copies are replaced within 12 months at most.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
